Lol neither of you hear me saying I would take Bosh over West. But you guys act like it's no competition. They're pretty much the same player.
Of course.bosh isnt the "star" player everyone wants him to sound like. yes, hes good. yes, hes an allstar. no, hes not great..
My list or Aldridge over Gasol?^ There's no way.
Theres the difference right there. West plays with Paul who is the best PG in the league. Bosh didnt play with a great playmaking PG to make things easy for him. Stats are somewhat comparable, but considering West has Paul. West had more help than Bosh.Bosh would look even nicer if he played with Chris Paul lol.
You don't think Wade and James created some open looks for him?Theres the difference right there. West plays with Paul who is the best PG in the league. Bosh didnt play with a great playmaking PG to make things easy for him. Stats are somewhat comparable, but considering West has Paul. West had more help than Bosh.
They're talking about when he was on the RaptorsYou don't think Wade and James created some open looks for him?
Exactly, the Lebron and Wade effect is too great to determine statistically what kind of player he is.They're talking about when he was on the Raptors
With all due respect, I think that's a pretty bad list. Here's why:Let's not act like Bosh didn't play with any offensive threats...
Andrea Bargnani
Hedo Turkoglu
Shawn Marion
Jermaine O'Neal
Mike James
Morris Peterson
Charlie Villanueva
Jalen Rose
Vince Carter
Donyell Marshall
Also, when I said West wishes he could put up seasons as good as Bosh, what I meant was West has two career years of 21 & 9. Bosh had a five year run where he put up numbers better than West's career bests.
No...Chalmers doesn't have play making ability, that would be the reason why.I'm arguing that play making ability is irrelevant as a PG on the Miami Heat.. because it is.
You haven't seen DWest play enough if you really believe that, DWest has handles like a SF, one of his most underrated attributes..West is no where near as good as creating his own shot as Bosh. He would of looked a lot worse in Toronto.
bump everyone up in the absence of KGOf course.
Top PF's in the League -
1. Dirk Nowitzki
2. Amare Stoudemire
3. Pau Gasol
4. Zach Randolph
5. LaMarcus Aldridge
6. Kevin Garnett (drops further next season)
7A. Blake Griffin
7B. Kevin Love
9. Chris Bosh
10. Carlos Boozer
Next 10: Elton Brand, J.J. Hickson, Serge Ibaka, Antawn Jamison, Carl Landry, David Lee, Paul Millsap, Luis Scola, Josh Smith, David West (ABC order, West is not 10th best)
It's frustrating that everyone wants to group Griffin and Love together.bumb everyone up in the absence of KG
and put Josh Smith 10th
KG isnt top 10. let alone top 6
but this has nothing to do with your argument. i just love looking at lists
Like someone above me said. All Bosh gets is open jumper after open jumper in Miami.Theres the difference right there. West plays with Paul who is the best PG in the league. Bosh didnt play with a great playmaking PG to make things easy for him. Stats are somewhat comparable, but considering West has Paul. West had more help than Bosh.
