The Denver Post has reported that the Nuggets and Pistons are discussing a trade involving guard Arron Afflalo.

Detroit general manager Joe Dumars is trying to deal Afflalo to clear up roughly $1 million in cap space to sign a free-agent power forward or center.

Afflalo averaged 4.9 points in 16.7 minutes last season.

We got rid of AA and Sharpe so we get like 1.7Mill added to our existing cap space, BUT we can still only offer Geln Davis like what 4Mill? Boston would match that IMO..

Afflalo averaged 4.9 points and 16.4 minutes in 74 games for the Pistons last season. Sharpe appeared in only eight games as a rookie last season.

I wonder what kind of huge move would be made? Unless it's a deal for Carlos. We are supposed to be looking at Gooden and Davis very hard. So our $4 Mil would go to one of them.

The chances we get Davis is probably going to be slim to none. Boston is going to match pretty much whatever we throw at him.
Though I'd rather have Gooden anyways. As long as he doesn't bring his stupid hair and what not.

Yea, it was on 97.1. They were talking about us moving Afflalo and how Utah wants Boozer gone and how Rip has been silent because he may know he's going to be traded. I guess Dumars has been shopping him and Dumars and Utah have been talking a lot.

I was in a gas station so it wasn't that loud, and I walked in and that was all towards the end. They were talking about it for a while I guess. But I did hear them say something could happen soon.
