Yea I think so too, but if we sign Avery we'll see how good of a coach he is cause he won't have the same "star" power Dallas did when he was winning a ton of games.

tbh pistons would have been best sticking with flip
are you kidding? flipp is exactly what you're talking about in avery. he took a team that larry brown made and had one good season until screwing up in the playoffs to a team not as good.

that's the thing though, Avery never showed he was a good coach, he took a team that was already good and did nothing if not make them worse, now if he takes an average team......top 5 pick?

what makes you say that? he was more well liked... but that was just because he just let the players do what the hell they want. he didn't do much to be honest.

and tell me, if you have two bad coaches, would you rather have the one who is a control freak and doesn't know how to run a team or someone who just lets his players who are mature run the show

Hmm I didn't know you had to come in here and try to start stuff..
Unless the definition of "forum" and the United States Constitution changed, I believe I'm allowed to say what I want. And I would like to say it without a n00b firing back at my every post. Thanks...

We were one of the best teams in the league for 7 years in a row and were growing old, the dynasty was over.
