I see that Wang showing signs of good control early by pegging Cora.

Wright strikes out swinging. This could get Wang's confidence up early.

Thats funny, I thought getting his ERA down from 11 to 10 would be confidence enough, lol.

And Wang pitches a scoreless first inning. Let's see if the Yanks can cause any more damage in the 2nd.

Mets are just soooo clutch right now. 1 player is hitting above .300 and I wonder who that is....

Everyone else is .250 and lower. Can someone not named Wright get on a hot streak? Is that too much to ask?

No wonder theyre all bench players.....

Joe Morgan is an idiot.

In the bottom of first inning with two outs he said something like: "If the Mets get a fly ball here, they can get in this game."

That would end the inning Morgan.

Hey! Tigers actually won. Inge & Granderson both had their 18th homers on the season today. Too bad the Twins won today as well, so no gaining on them.

Mo is now brought in with two outs in the 8th to get a four out save which would be his 500th career save.

EDIT: Mo gets his first career walk which came against K-Rod which scores Melky.

4-2 Yankees

only a new york - new york 9 inning 4-2 regular scoring game would take nearly 4 hours to complete

Tommy Hanson becomes the first rookie ever to beat the Yankees and Redsox in back to back starts.
He also has a 20.1 scoreless innings streak going. I think this guy might be good...

I actually saw Hanson, looks good, only problem I have with him is his control. 18 K's and 17 walks, 2 hit batters in 29 innings

Nah. He got lucky both times, both teams overlooked him and he took advantage.
