Say what you want about the Knicks, but I'm sure we can all have a laugh that I saw a Knicks can predict they will be a three seed in the East.

I mean, they were a 2 seed just two years ago...

I wouldn't call them a 3seed, but hypothetically, if John Wall and Paul George both have injuries this year, and Melo+JR ball like they did in 2012, it's possible for sure

I have them 8, but still. Not ridiculous

I heard someone say Boston was going to have a home court matchup in the first round next year, and THAT is ridiculous. This is not nearly as bad

I din't think Miami will win enough for a fifth seed. Wade might sit out even more and a team around Bosh and Deng with no backcourt isn't gonna beat a lot of teams.

Then again you probably only need to be about .500 to get there.

I don't think Indiana/Mia/Charlotte are even locks tbh

Indy problems are already documented
Miami looked like a lotto team whenever Bron wasn't on the floor.. Seriously doubt Deng will fix that.
Charlotte lost McRob.. Added a good player/ even bigger head case

Only sure things are Chicago/Wiz and Cle

Brooklyn will be much better too, Hollins is a great coach

Nets lost their starting SF and backup PG, and their starting PG was pretty poor last year

Hollins is a huge improvement, but I dont see how they are better

Pierce is done. I know you being a Boston guy it's hard to admit, but he was just in the way last year

IMO Jack is just as good as Livvy, if not better.. How well he fits with DWill that remains to be seen..

Plus they'll have Brook back,

Paul Pierce wasn't bad last season by any means but more importantly who do they have to replace him? I'm not convinced either Andrei Kirilenko or Alan Anderson is a better option. Brook is back but that moves KG to the 4 where he struggled mightily this season.

Coaching didnt help at all. Sorry Milwaukee, but JKidd is a downgrade at HC from Drew.

Pierce played mostly the 4 last year, because of Brook being out. He isnt a 4 at all, and so he struggled. Put him with Nene and Gortat, and he'll be fine. He's the knockdown 3 shooter

And Jarrett Jack is def worse than Livvy, since he actually passes the ball

Isn't that when the Nets actually got their shit together, going with the small ball?

We saw two different Pierces CC

Garnett is done too.. I don't think he starts I don't know who fills that 3/4 position for them but it frees up much needed space for the team.. PP and JJ were on each others way

Also two different coaching schemes in Kidd and Hollins.. Who knows if Livvy woulda used the same way
