dodgers are keeping kuroda too
if we can re-sign him, then cool
but otherwise, i'd be kinda sour

One of them was ranked in the top 15 mid-season prospects by BA

Drew Pomeranz is our top prospect. Big lefty, throws mid 90s with a knuckle curve. Has to develop his change up though.

Alex White was like a top 50 prospect when we called him up, but projects more like a #2 then an ace. Coming off a bad finger injury.

6:31pm: A deal featuring Span and Storen continues to look close, according to Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports (on Twitter).

Span has a very friendly contract though.

i like span, but storen could be one of the best closers very soon

i understand closers are overrated and they still have clippard, but i just think they could do better

Agreed. I'm all for trading closers if you're a bad team, just makes sense if they have value, but for Span?

Looks like we're going to trade for Ryan Ludwick either later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Looks like the Ubaldo deal isn't happening now? Ubaldo hasn't been pulled yet, still warming up.

Ubaldo is on the mound but they have a guy in the bullpen. What are the Rockies doing? Why would you even have him out there?

Ubaldo pulled and hugging teammates goodbye. Worst trade in recent years seems to be going down. Fuck you Indians management.

And if they didn't make a big move, most of the fan base would criticize them for that.. They can't win.
