Kopech is such a wild card at this point. Yeah he throws heat, but he's also a moron.

Brewers are in great pos at the trade deadline

A lot of good relievers they can trade with nearly every contending team looking for relievers and then you have Lucroy. Can really improve the farm system

It's impossible to tell with baseball prospects. You could have the best farm in the league and it means shit for the future

So Sale was sent home over a non-physical incident that took place in the clubhouse before the game.

Trade incoming.

So apparently Chapman is close to being traded and the Yankees will hold onto Miller.

Apparently the Mets are willing to give up a package including D'Arnaud for Lucroy.

If the Cubs extend Champan at a decent price, it is absolutely worth the price. Torres is a great prospect and will make the majors some day, but he is going to be blocked behind Russell at SS for the next decade. Sure he could shift over to 2B, but with Baez and Zobrist there it isn't exactly the greatest window to break thru

Adding Chapman with an extension takes the Cubs bullpen from a weakness to a strength for the next 4 years. Strop/Rondon/Chapman is definitely one of the better 7/8/9 in the league

A little worried as to how he will fit in with the team and fan base given his domestic abuse. Not worried about the fight he had with Rizzo. If Price and Big Papi can hug it out, I'm sure they can in the name of winning

doubt it will be to big of an issue just because (correct me if im wrong) it wasn't a violent situation in which he hit a woman, it was just bad he had a gun

Heyman said there's no contract negotiations going on and Torres is just one of the multiple propspects in the deal

Mets don't have the prospects to get Lucroy in my opinion
