it's the exception, not the rule. If the Bills didn't start 0-4 they wouldn't have had to worry about barely missing the playoffs. It's a whole lot easier to put yourself in the drivers seat early. MOST of the time if you come out struggling to a 0-3 or 0-4 record you probably will not make the playoffs, and even if you do you will have used up so much just getting there.

How many teams have started 0-4 and made the playoffs anyway? I know the 92 Chargers started 0-4 and finished 11-5, but who else?
0-4 Chargers were the only team.

Multiple teams have went 0-2, 0-3 and made the playoffs..

A number of teams (Giants, Jags, ETC) start strong, and fall off in the end, its not how you start.. its how you finish.

What rookie QB is ready to start? It's part of the learning curve.
When you have an more experienced option to go week one, you take it.. When you expect to be in the run for the division, you don't throw a rookie out there hoping he missed his lumps.

Anyway:

Underrated:
Bears
Chiefs
Cowboys (can they be considered underrated? Idk, they always get hype but I think they'll challenge in the division)

Overrated:
Ravens
Texans
Lions

I wanted to put the Packers in overrated but didn't cause I don't think they're that overrated, just a little bit.. Barely made the playoffs, got hot at the right time last year.

Experience?! are you kidding me right now?!

Dude has 7 career starts. 7. Experience should not be a factor when choosing between a QB if the "more experienced guy" has 9 more career starts than the other. McCown is not better than Gabbert, get the kid in now.

All because you start 7 games doesn't mean you don't have alot of experience.

Luke has been in the NFL 7/8 years..

Blaine has been at Jaguars camp for 5/6 weeks..

Big difference.

You said several times that the offseason wouldn't hold Blaine back.

Was before I seen him play outside of training camp and seen how much time he needs, he needs to get comfortable with the playbook more, and not take off when pressure is in his face. He's still the face of the franchise, just not really ready ATM.. he will be at sometime this year however.

I will definitely say we are a little overrated. I like the hype though means the team is starting to show promise. But until we show it all this hype means nothing.
