Bosh can shoot from further out but he doesn't hit those further out shots at a percentage high enough to make it more efficient than Lamarcus's mid-range game.

More importantly, LaMarcus is far better at getting his own shot.

If you're going to say that Bosh is the same player he was in Toronto that's fine, but he's not. He's older. Different player. More faceup than before. And I'm not convinced that his defensive increase in the past few years wasn't solely the LeBron effect. He has bad metrics so far this year but it's obviously very early.
