LeBron completely threw Thompson under the bus after the game, too. Tristan played fine defense. Challenged the shot without fouling. Hayward made a great shot. Simple as that.

It's only been 4 games and LeBron's already reminded us as to why he's so easy to dislike.

Lebron fell on his ass on that final play, if I remember correctly.

Him falling is irrelevant, as he said, they were gonna switch the pick anyway. Tristan sagged too much, its a legitimate critque and was definitely not throwing him under the bus.

With time running out you can expect help on a drive, because if he passed there was no time for a shot. He should have been playing against a pull up jumper

Can we talk about Sacramento tho?!?

Bouta switch squads

Boogie by far the best big in the league. Rudy showing Memphis and Toronto they missed out..

Both of these clubs are doing way better without him though.

Maybe Toronto, Memphis still lacks a goto scorer even though they make it work

This is not the same Rudy.

Is Rudy even a go to scorer? Sac's go to is Boogie

The problem was having Rudy as their go to guy, as he's not equipped to do that

I wasn't concerned about center going in, as most people were concerned with just Varejao staying healthy, but my concern now is Varejao just isn't going to cut it defensively, as injuries have clearly taken their toll on him, and he was just getting shredded last night by more athletic guys. We need an athletic center who isn't Tristan Thompson starting.

Maybe not even that athletic, go trade for Mozgov (who is actually pretty athletic for his size), the Nuggets suck

Memphis and Toronto are in no way missing Rudy Gay. It's a matter of time until he's disposable for Sacramento, too.

The Kings do look good, though. How crazy would it be if NOP, SAC, and PHX all made the playoffs?

Not gonna happen, but I can dream.

It's not a legitimate critique when it leaves the locker room. Should have stayed there.

I thought Thompson defended the shot well, regardless.

Aside from that, nothing gets better until Kyrie shoots less.

Kyrie shot over 50%, scored 12 points in the 4th quarter. Far from the problem. It's easy to ignore reality when it fits a narrative though.

ESPN is going to drive this no assist thing for a long time though, I'm sure it will be enriched in the minds of common sport folk, and Kyrie is pretty much going to get the Westbrook treatment, if not worse.

Lmao remember when BWare was hating on Melo's 60 point game because he had no assists and you posted that picture a few days later with the Raptors box score
