He needs to just stop playing fucking hero ball all the time.  He has two other options on the floor that can be relied on to carry the load offensively if need be.  The entire offense doesn't revolve around him like it did when he last played.
 
He'll never get it though.  He hits one three and all of a sudden that one three turns into 9 shots because he thinks he can hit it.
