There was a report when the season began that Monty is more safe than Dell, that doesn't make the least bit of sense to me.
 
I actually like Dell.

Has he? They have the roster of a borderline playoff team with  minimal depth. They have talent but people (even myself to an extent) overrated them at the beginning of the season.

Well let me rephrase that. He has done a better job putting the team in a place to succeed than Monty has, Monty is just a really bad coach.

It's a process but I can agree with that.  He's yet to find a compliment to Jrue, Gordon, Tyreke, Davis, Asik, and Anderson.  I like Pondexter if he can find his shot, and Cunningham is a decent player.  
 
If I was Dell I would work on this:
 
1- Move Ryan Anderson, his offense isn't good enough to make up for his poor defense.
 
2- Go out and get a backup PG that can defend and space the floor.
 
3- Big to replace Anderson behind Davis and Asik.
 
4- Get a coach that compliments the roster, and can grow with it.
