I'd say what people think about Dunta doesn't really matter, but the Falcons thinking highly enough of him last season to sign him to a 57M dollar deal at almost 9.5M a year says something.

He isn't worth anywhere near that.
I'd say what you think about Dunta doesn't really matter.

It doesn't, your right.

But do you think a 6 year 57 million dollar deal is right for Dunta?

I know how big of a Revis fan you are, he's only being paid 8M a year, but Dunta makes 9.5 per?

Heck no, that contract makes him overrated. And the fact that he's got that contract but doesn't even match up with the opponents best receiver (and still can't put up numbers that match that contract) makes him more overrated.

Well, yeah, he's overpaid. I think everybody knows that. However, that doesn't mean he's 'overrated.'

You posted a link to an article that didn't show where it got it stats from... And every other site with CB stats shows completely different ones.

Brian Williams was no help at all to the secondary. He was thrown at 22 times allowing 18 receptions. The worst percentage in the entire league ... Ouch.

Robinson was thrown at 81 times allowing 50 receptions, so 61.7-percent of passes thrown his way were completed; Rashean Mathis, E.J. Biggers, Stanford Routt, Rondald Bartell and Phillip Buchanon all posted a better percentage than Robinson.

Grimes wasn't much better, 50-percent of passes thrown to receivers he was guarding were caught. Grimes missed 13 tackles -- Only three starting corners missed more. He allowed 670-yards receiving, too. Which was very middle-of-the-pack.

Statistically, the Rams are equal if not better at the cornerback position. Nice try ESPN.
