After a quick search, looks like I can do it with some simple code in the header - going to need to upload them to the site via FTP though. I'll email Shaggy. 
 
There's also a second way that I might be able to do on my own. I'll give that a try first.

We're trying to have multiple banners - still working on figuring it out. I'm probably going to just toss up the original rotating one for now.

I wonder if it's possible to randomize the banner and have a different one each time you load the page.

 
I like the randomizing to.  Not sure how it can be done though as that needs to be coded in.
 
Instead of random, would you be interested in doing a new header per team?  As when someone goes to the Lakers section(I know thats not how it is setup right now, but can be) and they see the Lakers header.  Same goes with the Seattle Seahawks section.
