Looked through our skins and noticed none had players on the banner. While I don't mind it, I think it's what people might be used to in sports forums so it could help making new people feel more comfortable.
 
And before you get your panties in a bunch about LeBron, the idea is to make a tons of these so everybody can select their favorite player across all sports.

Added a new skin - SI Cavaliers. You guys should be able to view it. I'll edit it as we design the rest of the skin.

Actually I've seen that somewhere else, just can't remember where. I'll look in to it. 
 
Or maybe even find a way to link it to a member's Favorite Teams, so BB for example would randomly see Carmelo, Peyton or Teixeira.

Not sure if you guys like a straight color or a design - like a silver version of this: http://www.sportzin.com/forums/uploads/images/1348881764-U3067.png - to match the banner.

Like I said try a solid white for the BG, at least that would blend in with the banner. If it's too bland we can still change it.
For the rest, just change all the orange to a dark grey, say 5A5A5A
