It's going to take time and effort for all of that and that's something old man Vince isn't looking into.

Did anyone really expect something like the actual Shield to happen? They put a lot of faith in three young guys, two of which were indie guys.

I'm not saying it's a guarantee, but those two are insanely talented. I don't think they'll screw it up. Having a really good women's scene would help the WWE, and I think they'll eventually realize it.
