There have been rumors floating around for weeks now that Rosa Mendes has some backstage heat on her. Her union with Adam Rose has led to further speculation. The front office isn't interested in pushing Rose, so that was not their intention when they created this on screen relationship. The belief is that management wants Rosa to be forced to wear something humiliating on television each. That might be their form of punishment for her.
