Bobby Lashley Out of Action with an Injury
MMAFighting.com reports that current TNA World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley is injured. Lashley was forced to withdraw from his Bellator 134 fight against James Thompson.
 
There’s no word yet on what kind of injury Lashley is suffering from but he worked all three nights at the TNA tapings in New York City last week.
Lashley wrote the following on Instagram this morning:
 
“I feel I need to stay in bed a bit this morning and recover. Gotta raise my feet and decompress while watching 300. #lashleyworld #lazymorning #stillgoingtolifttho”

John Cena Facing Rusev at WrestleMania 31?
We noted back in 2014 that WWE officials had talked about doing Rusev vs. John Cena at WrestleMania 31. The idea at the time was to have Rusev cost John Cena his WWE World Heavyweight Title match at the Royal Rumble.
 
WWE is currently advertising Cena and Randy Orton vs. Rusev and Seth Rollins for the February 27th live event from Madison Square Garden. This could be a sign that they are going ahead with plans for Cena vs. Rusev. So far there has been no interaction with Rusev and either Cena or Orton that would lead to that main event being booked. It’s also possible that Cena vs. Rusev is just the live event program during WrestleMania season.

*BREAKING NEWS*

Dave Meltzer has reported that WWE plans on moving back to TV-14 in the future. Apparently, Triple H has wanted to do it for a long time, but Vince McMahon was against it.
Because of the bad ratings and need to add WWE Network Subscribers, they're planning to move back to TV-14 during 2015-2016, so it should be coming soon.
They have been positioning Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns as future leaders for the next era in WWE.
