John Cena’s asking price for speaking engagements
ICM Partners lists WWE star John Cena for potential speaking engagements. The talent agency lists Cena’s accomplishments, including being “the face of WWE” along with his acting roles and Make-A-Wish work.
Powell’s POV: I don’t believe this is a new deal since one of Cena’s bio pages references events happening in 2013. There is an updated bio that mentions Cena’s more recent work. I am told that Cena’s asking price through the agency is $100,000 for a 45-minute speech with a 15-minute Q&A session. For what it’s worth, Cena is twice as expensive to book as Stephanie McMahon, whose fee is $50,000 through the WME/IMG Speakers. Not a bad gig if you can get it.
