The plan on paper according to a rumor from PWMania.com is to split up the McMahon family, so Shane is running one show, and The Authority is running another one.

Vince will probably be playing the competitive card on his children that will eventually lead to Shane McMahon vs. Triple H at Summerslam in a match that will determine the true authority in WWE.

Thats a very interesting scenario for all four performers and will add a lot of variety and intrigue to both Raw and SmackDown over the summer and likely beyond. It wouldnt be a brand split, but its better than nothing.

please do this. if they face at summerslam have it end in a dq and then have them pick teams for survivor series for the real winner. best way to elevate talent imo

i probably would tbh. id at least read and pick and choose which smackdown to watch. i watched a few weeks in a row just for aj. im gonna watch tonight just for the vaudevillans.

The summerslam match won't work as well because there's no brand split, but the idea works

the summerslam would only work if they had someone help one of them. that would set up for a temporary brand split. the brand split would need to happen in that scenario.

reigns is supposedly in a transition to become a "tweener" face. when hes going against a face(like aj), he'll play a subtle heel role. just a somewhat cocky character. pretty much what we've all said he should be but not a heel. he is supposed to talk crap to fans but cant do it with a camera facing him LOL

Oh for sure. The storyline would only work if NXT got the payoff but that would never happen. You also have to have the guy who is on NXT but Vince calls him up secretly and he turns on the team haha. Corbin or Owens would've been good for that spot.

yea im friends with a writer for wwe and he listed about that. said he had the idea for a while and somehow it went from an nxt guy to cesaro but hes happy vince went with it.

Top Lucha Underground Star Possibly Headed To WWE

Ricochet, known as Prince Puma in Lucha Underground, is reportedly not taking any more bookings after June. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that it’s very likely he’s headed to WWE in the near future.
 
WWE had previously shown interest in him, but he was under contract to Lucha Underground. His contract finishes after filming the third season of Lucha Underground next month, but he isn’t supposed to work for competition for another 6 months after the season finishes airing in late 2017. The Observer reports that it would be hard for LU to enforce that as they don’t pay him during that time, as opposed to WWE’s 90-day no compete clause where talent does get paid during that time.
 
Additionally, New Japan is currently looking for a replacement for Ricochet. He currently works for New Japan as Matt Sydal’s partner.
