Golden opportunity there for Spain.
Wow, totally un-expected. Germany just got out coached bad. Spain's game plan was just great. We couldn't do we we anted and the just could. Simple as that. Spain looked like the German we've watched this tournament.
We, Germany is VERY young, most of their guys are 25 and under, so we have the next few World Cups to look forward to.

As for Germany, they got dominated by a better team. At times the way Spain was just working them with ball possession, they looked on a different level. Great to see a team that has never won a World Cup will win their first this year.

Just as I said all along Spain vs. Netherlands in the final. I still think Spain is going to win it all, but the Dutch will be a very tough test. Atleast a first time champion will be crowned.

I think Spain will be able to control the possession more than the Netherlands and since the Dutchs defense isnt as strong as it should be they will give 1 up. I think it will come down to Xavi and Iniesta and they will shine.
