I feel like Penn State winning out favors OSU more than anything.
 
It's hard to see any scenario where the committee leaves them out of the CFP.  They'll get the extra rest, and won't risk a loss in a conference title game.

OSU fans are in full panic mode tho, it's pretty funny.

Washington State had those two early bad losses, but I think they're the best team in the Pac12. If some crazy shit goes down they could make the playoff.
