It's a great defense, with a solid RB, just a lack of offense, but when you have a defense like that, you only need to score about 20-30 to win a game.

"Cheated games". Playing players the NCAA ruled eligible is cheated. Their tattoos must have given them super powers.
Brutalis said:CC have you seen their recruiting classes over the last two years? I'm not talking about just stars. They got better players because of the conference which in turn makes them better competitors.
If the SEC is overrated what's that make the other ap conferences? When you're the best how can you be overrated??

I'm not denying that the SEC makes it easier for them to recruit, but we're talking about two years. Missouri didn't go from awful to very good in one year because of one freshman recruiting class.
It's two. The first one was recruited on premise of "come play for us, we'll be in the best conference yada yada." And the next is obvious.
SEC fans love to point to the national championship streak but that streak is CARRIED by one school. In other high-profile bowl games, I reckon the SEC hasn't done nearly as well (Florida losing to Missouri, LSU losing to Clemson, etc.) If the SEC were as dominant as you claim, why are they losing those types of games?
Four schools. Seven total that were in NT contention and 8 made BCS bowls. The SEC beats up the SEC. That's why it's the toughest conference in the land is you cannot take any game lightly. On any given day Vandy can beat Florida, which they did. Talent level is too high.
Let me make something clear, the SEC is the best conference in the country. But its dominance is overstated.
Dominance is their track record. Numbers and % don't lie.
