The Blazers curse is getting stronger. The next injury to a Blazer will probably be fatal. RIP Drummond.

I wonder if Houston will trade 14 and 16 to go up to 2 and draft Drummond.

What do you all think about Jeff Taylor?

Concerned about his reach at 6'6" being shorter than mine at 6'3"

They wouldn't even even be able to get #8 with those picks.

Being a Senior hurts your draft stock, but I like him a lot.

His stock is late first right now, so if he gets drafted to a playoff team I could see him being a Kawhi Leonard type of player (not the same player, just impact being similar). I think he could possibly be a starter for a team like that as well.

Super athletic, lock down defender, really shot it well this year, can attack the basket. Only real negative I see with him is his ball handling ability limits part of his game.

But some team will get crazy good value with him.

His shot this season was more likely than not a fluke, is what scouts are saying. He improved his jumper every year at Vandy but it was never really consistent until this past year. He's gonna have to prove he can hit in CONSISTENTLY if he wants to be picked in the first.

They might be able to sway NO with a package of 14 16 and All-NBA PG Kyle Lowry for 1 and 10, though.

Although I think the Hornets may be giving up too much on that one.

This draft is really deep. So many guys that I think have successful careers that will go late.

Harrison Barnes acknowledged his shortcomings at the NBA pre-draft combine.

“The biggest thing I need to improve on is ball-handling and creating for others,” Barnes said. “Creating great shots for teammates doesn’t just make the team better, it makes you better.”

Barnes' stock has fallen, in part because he failed to diversity his game.

“At Carolina you’re surrounded by very good players, so your job is very specific,” Barnes said of his seeming lack of versatility and dominance. “The NBA is different – more isolations, more pick-and-rolls. I’ll be ready.”

Well at least Barnes admits it.

Still don't want at 4. If they trade down and pick up #11 to go with 6, then sure, burn the pick, just take Rivers or Leonard at 11 to go with it.

I REALLY like Harkless. Granted Duke could not guard SFs at all this year but Harkless looked great against Duke. I think he would've been a top 10 pick had he stayed in school next year.

He's a Trevor Ariza type, but with development he could be a lot better.

Austin Rivers has reportedly received a promise from a team picking in the late lottery, according to a Yahoo! Sports report.

Rivers did not fully participate in the NBA pre-draft combine last week.

He is scheduled to workout for Portland, Toronto, Houston, Cleveland, Phoenix, Washington and New Orleans.

The Suns own the 13th overall pick and have been open about their desire to add a perimeter scorer.

He said it's not a good draft though.
