It took me about three tries to read that but here goes...

No one cares about the Yankees? That's fine. We have 27 rings and are on a solid pace to get #28 this year. Other GM's and owner's do not have as much money? That's laughable, many owners do have the money that George, Hank and Hal have, but the Steinbrenners care about winning. Most owners in MLB only care about making a quick buck and don't give a <Censored> about winning. I'm the only homer huh? Sweet, so I have that award locked up, that's what I want. No one cares what I say? Ever hear this saying from Dr. Seuss? Like I said, you never know. Anything can happen in sports. If our pitching staff can keep up the solid work, I think we're going to have a solid season. I'm not saying they're gonna make the playoffs, but just a solid season. Maybe 80 wins.

You don't need a huge pay roll to have a good team. Look at the Rays. That just sounds ridicolous
