Rumor is that the Bears are going to cut Tommie Harris... Hah.This is shaping up to be a really interesting off-season for the Bears. Getting Peppers would be sick, plus we're one of the favorites for Antrel Rolle. Those two alone could turn the defense around. Maybe having Peppers on the line would help Tommie Harris get his <Censored> together. LOL
I read that too, and I don't think it's gonna happen.Rumor is that the Bears are going to cut Tommie Harris... Hah.
The NFC North pass-rush next season is going to be insane.Julius Peppers is, apparently, about to become a Chicago Bear.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports Peppers' signing in the Windy City is "imminent" while former Vikings RB Chester Taylor is already in the fold at the cost of four years and $12.5 million ($7 million guaranteed).
Peppers is the the crown jewel of this year's unrestricted free agent crop and should give the Bears a much more formidable pass rush while playing alongside DT Tommie Harris, who should now face fewer double teams.
You gotta be <Censored>ting me, didn't we just try this <Censored> with Ward?Tampa Bay had a relatively quiet start to the free agent signing period, but did express interest in at least one player on Friday morning. PewterReport.com is reporting the Bucs have shown interest in Pittsburgh Steelers running back Willie Parker.
The lights are out this off-season at One Buc Place.Free agency is officially underway, but the Buccaneers aren't expected to be big players in terms of signing some of the top players available like defensive end Julius Peppers or linebacker Karlos Dansby, among others. Bucs fans are encouraged to temper their enthusiasm in regards to free agency.
For how injury prone and old he is, not really.McNabb is worth more than a second round pick.
He's not what he once was, but he still has the intangibles. For how injury prone and old he is, not really.
Plus the Rams aren't going anywhere with him anytime soon.
