This comparison doesn't mean anything. Kevin Love told the Wolves he would only go to the Cavs, and Andrew Wiggins had been hyped as a super prospect for several years leading up to the draft. Smart, Crowder, & Bradley are all just role players that do nothing for rebuilding teams, other than make a rebuilding team better than it should be. Crowder & Bradley could help a lot of teams, but they aren't going to do much good for the Bulls. Solid players (Crowder & Bradley at least), very little upside.bosoxlover12 said:Wolves got the #1 pick and the year's prior #1 (who already had proven he was not worth that pick) for Kevin Love. Aside for the fact that Jaylen has a lot more value right now than Bennett did in 2014, lets just say 2017 BKN + Jaylen = Wiggins + Bennett. Boston shouldn't have to move Crowder and the 2018 1st for Butler or George.
I don't get what your point is. Im not comparing jae/marcus/bradley to Wiggins, I'm comparing Markelle Fultz to Wiggins.elcheato said:This comparison doesn't mean anything. and I'm still unsure where you're getting this Jaylen Brown value barometer. He was a reach, I'd be shocked if anyone else had him that high on their draft board. The Kings just traded Cousins for a guy who was drafted after him.
No reason for the Pacers or Bulls to rush this though. They should wait until after the lottery, as several teams might be willing to deal for a veteran star (Celtics, Lakers, 76ers, Wolves)
