LBJ is like Dirk IMO. Just really good. Not great.

Greatness is earned, not given because of playing great in the regular season.

Jordan is great. Shaq is great. Duncan is great. Kobe is great. Pierce is great.

Why?

Because they hit clutch shots and game winners IN the playoffs and have rings to show for it.

I have no doubt LBJ will become great. I bet my balls he becomes great. But he is not clutch, and has not proven his greatness, yet.

Nor has Dirk.

I agree he would have never been in any position to win anything without adding KG and Allen but PP did hit game winning shots in the playoffs. On top of that he played phenomenal.
