Knew he was done when he started to break down after they clinched. Probably not gonna bring in anyone better than him tbh.

im honestly shocked by this, and more surprised that he resigned instead of retire. At first I thought they said he retired but simply stepping down is a major shock to me. I hope he does well wherever he ends up.
