Shannon has the athletic gifts. He is very reminscent of Ronnie Fields thats a comparison for my real bball heads. He just has to learn and it isnt anybody better in the business than phil and his staff and kobe.

Any long time bball fan knows of Fields. What happened to him after HS sucks azz. Brown does kinda remind you of him. Really athletic, but crappy shooter. But I don't think he's anywhere near what Fields talent was. Fields was a beast, he was overshadowing Kevin Garnett in high school. That's how good he was.

The thing with Fields was he was such a amazing athlete. But he didnt really have a great jumpshot or bball iq and once he hurt his neck it was pretty much a wrap for him. But he was one of the most athletic cats to ever pick up a basketball. I mean i heard Jordan and VC were scared to go in a dunk contest against ronnie.

Yeah he was pretty raw, one of those dudes that relied on his talent more than anything, but that's expected he was just coming out of high school. His faults could have definitely been worked on in the NBA. He could have been something special. He flew pretty damned high for a short guy.
