You sign up, draft comes along and if you're picked by a captain then you're on that person's team. You get a password to your team lounge, and each week you compete against other teams in the league. Each week you would be assigned a topic and at the end of the week poll vote goes out and people vote on which signature is better based on that topic.

I don't think your skill level matters as a captain. Just have to be on top of stuff. I would do it but I don't have the time.
