Omg Danny is a genius

He's gonna do a deal, even if we don't get Bledsoe. He doesn't care. Because of the NBA Draft.

After Lebron left, Cleveland sucked and they got #1
After CP3 left, New Orleans sucked and got #1
After Dwight left, Orlando sucked and got #2
When PP/KG/Doc leave, we are gonna suck, and get #1 or #2, aka Wiggins/Parker/Smart

woooo fixed draft

So sad

We traded an 11ppg scorer for the #2 pick, and the kid dies. Like fuck

he was lebron before lebron.

but remember, boston sucked and was going to get kd or oden, sure they missed out and formed the big 3 but draft wise they didnt get the top 2 like they thought.

yeah Danny wanted Oden. I wanted KD (although I didn't think Durant would be that good)

why, when we can amnesty him? Is either him, rondo, or nobody. Might as well use it on Paul

If LAC doesn't include Bledsoe this is a horrible deal.  Even if they do I still don't really love it.

Those picks are a D asset at best.  Doc Rivers is a A asset, Garnett is a B asset, Paul Pierce is a C+ or B- asset.

Why would they move that for picks and another D asset (if that) in DeAndre Jordan?  Even if they get Bledsoe he's not an A asset.

Bledsoe+Jordan together going to Boston, I will accept almost any offer. Clips have the lead, so we gotta get those two 1sts out so we can add Bledsoe

Doc Rivers has been informed that the Los Angeles Clippers won't accept the Boston Celtics offer, according to sources.
The Clippers have been trying to acquire the rights to have Rivers as their coach along with Kevin Garnett in exchange for DeAndre Jordan and one future first round pick.
The Celtics have been seeking the inclusion of Eric Bledsoe and a second first round pick, who has presumably become the deal breaker.
With Rivers presumably off the board, the Clippers will offer the job to Brian Shaw or Lionel Hollins next week.
"Not looking good, but I wouldn't say (it's over) for sure," said a source that spoke with Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski.

so he could freely join the clips. Its the nice thing to do. I think he's earned it

i understand that. I'm saying the same thing

You're saying Boston should cut him, so it only costs $5M against the cap. I'm saying to amnesty him, so it costs $0 against the cap

Its not like they will sign someone huge this summer. Just eat it and tank and be nice to paul because you know some team will claim him

You aren't getting it.

Being waived= getting $5m from Boston plus whatever he gets from LAC
Being amnestied= getting $15m from Boston (which doesn't count against the cap) plus whatever he gets from LAC

Again, how is being waived better than amnestied?
