Instead, his agent and longtime friend, Rich Paul of Klutch Sports, is expected to handle the early conversations before James decides how to proceed. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the private nature of the process.

I said earlier, but I don't see him signing a long term deal. 3 years at most, but more than likely you'll see two guaranteed years or one year with a player option on the second.
