rondo is terrible and i feel dirty for thinking he was better than he was for as long as i did, but it wasnt nowhere near as long as others.

All this Rondo talk..

Shit you ask me he was the biggest cog in that ring he has...

Traditionally a PG isn't SUPPOSED to score, their job is to facilitate.. I can't put 5 PGa ahead of. Him in that aspect
Tradition means nothing though. All the top PGs now are scorers aside from CP3, but he is also a very good scorer, he's just at another level vision wise. Facilitating is still valuable, but you have to score, there is no way around it.

I hear you and agree to an extent about the need to score nowadays, but it's more important their a facilitator imo.

I'm just saying I don't think he's a top 5 PG anymore but he's no scrub

Any player playing in a system not truly suited for them is going to look bad

I posed the question or kind of stated it earlier, but what system really fits him? He needs the ball in his hands or he's not effective, and if Rondo always has the ball in his hands, your team is doomed

A team with the ball in Rondo's hands all the time did come a game away from the Finals one time

Rondo easily

From a skill perspective at least. If he's going to be a cancer I'd stay away. But I fucking hate Jeremy Lin's game. So gross

That's when he wasn't garbage, and Pierce and Garnett led that team.

Would you rather have Rajon Rondo or Austin Rivers?
