Bosox is this the season where my AD to Boston prediction finally happens?

Pelicans will struggle without Rondo, im telling yall

He will start getting frustrated. If he was on the celtics rn, id give him the mvp. But since hes on nola, we wont win it. He understands all this

Yall have that lotto next year

And you cant keep everyone going forward. Changes need to be made

AD will end up on the celtics, its gotta happen

True, but if Kyrie starts saying he's walking unless something happens they may listen. (not sure that will happen)

Bucks sign Shabazz Muhammed. Surprised. Poor guy hasn't been good in the league.

Its sad that mexi doesnt realize a few things when it comes to the rockets

They took the warrios to 7 games BC they were able to switch everything defensively without being exposed

You can say ariza couldt make shots but thats not what got the rockets that far. Defense is what did it

Now, Warriors smell blood. They’ll torture melo every single chance they get

During the regular season it’ll be fine, but in the playoffs, when its all about match ups, RIP

Sad truth but its written on the wall for all of us

this is still the dumbest fucking logic that you simply dont just understand

1. Boston's issue is not offensively. Between Kyrie, Hayward, Horford, and Tatum, they have plenty of scoring threats, so the need for another offensive superstar isn't needed. Doesn't hurt to have Butler obviously, but at the sacrifice of losing Smart and Morris off the bench to improve from Jaylen Brown to Jimmy Butler just is not worth it.

Brown statistically is a better off-ball player but he doesn't need the touches the way Butler would, and I'd rather have Jaylen as a 4th scoring option with a strong bench than have Hayward as a 4th option with Semi Ojeleye as the first wing off the bench.

2. If Kyrie is going to leave, he's going to leave, and adding Butler (also a fucking FA) doesn't change that at all. While you seemingly underestimate this Celtics team, Kyrie would not be going anywhere next offseason that presents a better shot at winning than Boston would. If he wants to be a Knick and play with Kristaps, that's fine. Adding Jimmy Butler to the Celtics does not change that at all (and in fact Kyrie is closest with Jaylen Brown on this current team anyways)

You just want a trade for the sake of a trade, man. Jimmy Butler does not put the Celtics over the hump at all, and is not worth trading a young, cost controlled future all star for ONE FUCKING YEAR of Butler. Especially then to retain Butler and Kyrie would require Boston to have four max deals on the payroll, which is absolute insanity if that team isn't winning the title. And I'm sorry, trading Smart/Jaylen/Morris for Butler does not push us any closer to that
