chicago is clearly behind boston, philly, milwaukee, indy, toronto, and washington in the standings. that leaves two spots between miami, chicago, detroit, charlotte, new york and cleveland, and while obviously my guess of 12 was hyperbole, but i do think they finish outside of the playoffs
