Cabs in five feels pretty good to me.

Wouldn't be shocked with a sweep.

ESPN BPI gives GS a 93% chance of winning

BPI doesn't factor in LeCoasting during the regular season. It just sees the #1 scoring offense on a 67 win team versus the #20 scoring defense on a 51 win team, which at that point 93% isn't awful

plus they gave the Cavs a 3% chance to win the Finals at the beginning of the postseason iirc

I still expect GSW to win the series, but it's clearly lower than 93% (I'd say 55-60% would be around right)

That said, Lebron is 1-6 in Game 1s of the Finals so I expect GSW to win tonight

I think GS has a much higher chance than 55-60% chance. It took a Draymond suspension, Steph injury, and Barnes shooting 16% for Cleveland to come back. Now I doubt Draymond gets suspended, Steph is healthy, and Barnes is now Kevin Durant. I don't think Cleveland has a shot, to be honest. Golden State will roll.

The Cavs just barely beat them last year. If Kyrie misses that shot or if Steph didn't brick as much, it's a different story. I don't talk about ifs too much but the point is, they were very evenly matched last year, and then the Warriors got Durant. You'd be silly to write them off.

No, but his suspension clearly played a huge factor in that series, even past the suspension. I'd be shocked if this series went a competitive 6 games.

Im going with Warriors in 6. I think Klay is going to be so overlooked in this series and is going to make so many wide open shots that the Celtics couldnt hit in the ECF.

Klay is going to win the battle of the brothers trilogy over Tristan.

I don't anticipate this year is competitive either, but Draymond being suspended for a single game is a bogus excuse for last year. They lost 3 games, 2 of which were blowouts with Green. Curry's bad play/supposed ailments are something to talk about, not the suspension.

And Barnes is just a role player, you can't depend on them.
