I swear. Michael Jordan losing in the first rounds or 2nd rounds as much as he did was way better for his legacy than losing in the finals

Crazy

Now we get people saying lebron has cake walks and bring up his finals records

Its just funny
Comparing the east when Jordan played and now is whats actually funny

If i wasnt lit right now id try to think of some scenarios but too much to think rn

After the season IT had tho, im sure desperate teams would pony up and give u some lottos/young prospects

Horfords a tough one cuz hes dust on an ass contract. That ones on yall for giving him that much tho, shitty GMing

So im assuming your point with this is that yall wouldnt get back too much for them, so might as well keep em? which now u got me thinking and it might be true

I guess your players arent very valuable then and Ainge constructed a shitty big 3 if we being honest
yep. nobody's giving up a top 5 pick for either of them and you're getting young talent regardless of your record, so might as well try to win as much as you can

we're built for continuous success. The TWolves and Sixers are finally looking legitimate, but were awful for the several years to get their young talent. Others like Atlanta try to compete, but once their talent runs out theyre garbage. Boston can transition from competing now to competing with their real core.

We're the Bridge Celtics, and we're trying to build the strongest bridge out there

Also LeBron lost in the east plenty of times in his career too. Are we forgetting that?

But we'll see how jaylen taytum and the next two draft picks compare to the sixers young core in the era after bron in 3 or so years

MJ wasn't successful really until his 7th season, and then he made and won the Finals in his final 6 years as a member of the Bulls.
Lebron went to Miami in his 8th season, and has made the Finals every year since

I don't discredit lebron's losses to SA and GS like some of you guys do, but there's clearly a difference in winning your final six versus going .500

One thing i will say tho, i will take all of that back if Lebron goes to the West, because tha will open up a window for yall for 2-3 years or so with the core yall have now

All that i was preaching all year was assuming that yall will never beat Lebron with what u got, but if he does go then ok i see yall

I personally dont think he'd leave the east and this easy road to the finals tho but we'll see

If you wanna see the finals with this core, id pray if i was you for Lebron to go to LA Houston or the Spurs

Obviously would be hard to win, but finals are finals

I'd obviously love for them to win it all, but I'm extremely spoiled as a sports fan as it is. Celtics won 10 years ago, Patriots have won 2 out of 4 SB appearances in that timespan, winning the division the past 9 seasons straight. Sox have three WS wins, including one 4 years back. UConn Mens basketball has 2 titles in 6 years too

A Celtics title would be freaking awesome, but it'd probably mean less to me than a Bulls title would for you, even though I might be a bigger Celtics fan than you're a Bulls fan.

Edit: not all, Rex didnt come thru in 06 vs the colts lol

If noah and Rose stayed healthy and the way Jimmy came up, my oh my league would be shook

Before commenting, just remember how fucking sick Rose was

Youll be surprised by this comment, but i always thought Rose would have been better than Russ if he didnt get injured.

rose was never going to stay healthy. the way he would stop and cut on a dime. and his lack of a shot, would be a problem but he was fun to watch when he was going strong.
