Francona the best at making weird ass decisions and having them work out

Okay, I've been alerted the Indians must score 6 on the nose, and the Yankees have to score 2 or less, and I get these tickets

I think

I'm not sure how this works

He pitched all year round. It took 162 games to realize this
I didn't think Barnes was that bad.  He wasn't the greatest, but there are worse pitchers out there.

Farrel kept Rick Porcello in all year too, remember that?  We should have put him on the DL and called him injured because he was just that bad.  But no, he's a Cy Young winner so let's throw him to the wolves.  It took him 162 games to realize Rick Porcello is horrible, and I'm not sure he still knows this.  If Porcello takes the mound, the Indians will tee off him.

Interesting first day of the DS.  The Astros were on fire and Verlander pitched really well.  Bauer shut the Yankees down nicely.  Francona's "unusual" decision paid off really well.  The Yankees have to beat Kluber and Carasco at least once each.  The Yankees have won 3 in a row several times this year, but not against the Indians and not under this pressure.

Pomeranz is a decent pitcher but no way on the level of Keuchel. We are toast.

Apparently the office pool was based on how much they'd win by, and since mine was 6-2, and we won by 4, I got the tickets

Let's fuckin go

I really don't like the idea that Lackey is on the NLDS roster.

Oh well, I guess if shit hits the fan he can eat innings and save the rest of the pen
