You seeing so many good eras, how do you still enjoy this one?

I'm certainly not the oldest here, but I like the high scoring we see today. It's fun to watch from an entertainment perspective. I do think that a shift in officiating needed to happen to open up the game a little. The flopping of this era is really the only part that really bugs me. I wish the NBA would be more proactive about it. In soccer, it's an automatic yellow when a flop is seen. Start giving the guys technicals when they openly flop. The NBA is one of the healthiest sports right now, especially when you consider the average age of the consumer being the lowest of all 3 major sports. I'd even argue that it is the second most popular port globally. Basketball is in a good place right now if these millenials would just shut up about the officiating and play. <-- that's funny too because officiating is so "terrible" these days because of the players flopping making calls more difficult to call. If they want better officiating, then they need to stop flopping. I'm telling you, flopping is what is dragging the game down.

"He is one of the best in the league," Brooks said about George following the Wizards' 121-112 loss to the Thunder on Thursday. "Guarding anyone on the floor is what makes him, well, not an All-Star, but we all know he is. He's the best two-way player in basketball."

Was never called or talked about being the “best two-way” player before joining Russ [emoji102]

Give this man DPOY and he’ll for sure stay

Haha and i pointed out why saying he was never called that before playing with Russ

I didnt call him that, it was more just points for Russ

We even had a discussion that this year PG puts in more on the defensive side because he doesnt have to carry the load offensively like Jimmy

None of this is me saying pg > Jimmy

If you know me and have read my comments forever you know its always been Jimmy>PG for me bc jimmy is alpha and is clutch

I was just a little concerned.  Good to know you've always been on the good side.

Yesterday I was going to post:

Ray Allen in the Hof where he belongs. A true hall of famer unlike Pierce who is getting in based on longevity pretty much

Then this morning I was thinking how I haven't seen an NBA player in a while

So who do I just see. Paul Pierce lmao. He's tall but not tall af like these guys usually are

Paul pierce absolutely deserves to be in the HOF
yes he's getting in too

Idk why Webber isn't in yet. Is it because they cleared his NCAA stats

Yeah it's not like Nash wasn't already a 2x all star before dantoni

Also weird how he gets credit for Nash and harden while Phil Jackson gets docked for getting titles with stars

It's reversed with dantoni for some reason

Jimmy Butler is on track to return from his meniscus surgery before the end of the regular season.

On Sunday, Butler went through what Tom Thibodeau called a “heavy conditioning day” and this week will participate in five-on-five contact scrimmages, which Thibodeau calls “the big thing.”
