The Pistons have the worst 3rd-10th guys in the league. The talent drop off after Drummond and Blake is unbelievably drastic.

Not really sure what to think about the Pistons/Blake anymore

Dont think anyone would have thought that they wouldnt make the playoffs after the trade
that streak we went on doesnt help. they were playing off of emotion. we are terrible.

Thats so true

Not as big but similar to the winning streak Boston went on for Hayward. Straight off emotions

Kyrie was even playing defense haha

Booker not winning MIP last year is pretty pathetic

From 13 to 22 ppg in a year

13 to 22 on one of the worst teams in the league? Over Giannis?

Try again.

From 17 to 23 ppg, with better talent around him playing against weaker competition in a weak conference

Yeah, and it's gonna be kind of difficult to get good talent either, given their cap situation and the lack of valuable assets.

I'm saying that if I'm Cleveland, I'd ask for a 2020 and 2022 1st, with a 2021 swap opt. I'm not asking for a '19 pick
Pretty sure they’re not allowed to throw swaps in there. I think they’re included in the Stepien rule now

So apparently Cavs are 18-3 without TT

And Nance just had his first start and went for 22/15

Interesting

It's not just about points. Last year was the year Giannis became a star.

Booker finished in 8th. He wasn't even in the discussion. He was irrelevant last year and the year before. He didn't even improve that much. Shooting percentages stayed about the same. Everything else stayed about the same. He was marginally more efficient.

His team being so terrible is definitely a factor in the award. If the Suns weren't terrible, his stats would mean something. Even with the team being bad still, I'd argue he'd have a decent shot at the award this year if Oladipo hadn't wrapped this thing up a while ago. He's taking a bigger leap from this year to last.

This isn't even a debate.

I literally just said he improved more from last year to this year, AKA the year you started dickriding him and calling him "Goater", and I'm the one who doesn't respect him? I've probably seen Devin Booker play a lot more than you have kid *checks e-penis size*.

Nah, stan just doesn't love young guys if he can help it

JJ's defense defeninitely improved as years went on, but hes a blue devil. He was never terrible at defense, people just assume that because hes white
