i watched him in person at a game at Cleveland State, always appreciated that he chose to go to a small school despite being a high recruit. Obviously had mostly to do with his father, but still.

Wonder where he would've ended up if he did go to a bigger school. I've always liked his game though.

Canaan would have to pretty much forget what he was doing in Philadelphia. He was just standing and shooting. He's got more talent than that but if the Bulls see him as just a shooter, they're wasting time. He's hot or cold. They need to push him to attack the basket so he's not useless if the 3 ball doesn't fall through.

Canaan was playing very well in Houston before a severe ankle sprain. After that he became just another Daryl Morey transaction.
Canaan was never good ever

How much of it is guaranteed? And he's probably their third stringer right? Marcus Smart is a SG at this point

While most of Celtics faithful view Smart as a PG still, I view him as a SG for sure. He always had another ball handler with him on the court last year

And I don't know how much is guaranteed fully yet, but the last year is a Team Option

No, CC and I talked, and we agreed that I'm not going to talk about my opinions of Smart's potential because they aren't at this point feasible or realistic

I can talk about his fit, just not my personal opinions of him

What's going on with Paul Pierce and Ray Allen? Any word on if they're coming back next year?

I read that Ray kept in shape and was open to coming back but other than that hadn't really heard anything about him.

I figured it was either LA or retirement for Pierce, doesn't make sense to go anywhere else
