Don't want to rush him if he's not ready. He can contribute during games but he isn't ready to start if Jae gets injured

Worst thing to happen to a young kid is destroying confidence

he could get 5

It's more that if Crowder goes down on an injury early that we'd start Gerald over Jaylen, to not force him in too early if he's not ready. If he's ready then yeah he'll get Zeller-DNP'd

my mind hasn't changed at all? He can contribute 15-22 min a game but isn't ready to start. And I don't think we want Marcus at SF. So if Crowder goes down, we would start Gerald for 15 min and just add more min to Smart and Jaylen (probably a 10/5 minutes add-on split respectively)
