I'm not saying you aren't a true fan, I'm saying LA fans in general are spotty

And they lead road attendance as well

They fill 83% of their stadium. You can't just look at sheer numbers, you have to put them into context lol. You look at a game in the 2nd inning and it's about 60% full. By about the 5th inning it gets to the "83%".

Let's see LA is the 2nd biggest city in the US, the 3-5th largest stadiums?....Jays, Rockies, Braves. Which of those jump out to you as major cities?

The Dodgers currently lead average attendance by 1,800 fans. Their capacity is 15,000 fans more than Wrigley, 14,000 more than SF, 10,000 more than STL, 19,000 more than Boston, 4,000 more than NYY, and 11,000 more than the Angels. Of course they have the most "fans" at games.

You have tickets for $9 this weekend when the Red Sox come to town... Good luck finding tickets at that price in Chicago or Boston. Parking alone cost 4x that

Since the Cavs sell out more games than the Browns, does that make Cleveland a basketball town?

When I think of a city being baseball town, I think of it as baseball being the city's most liked and most popular. So for me it would be the Lakers.

To each their own but I don't think you can label any place a 'enter sport here' town just because of attendance. Just my two pennies.

I know they're out of playoff contention, but it is great to see the Twins playing so well right now.

Wtf the Jays go out and acquire a struggling Liriano so they can put their best pitcher this season in the pen. I understand you want to limit his innings, but they should just go with a 6 man rotation then, or just give Sanchez 1 start a week. Putting him in the pen seems insane to me
Bright side is, Liriano still has his stuff (same velo, as well as k/9 as last year) but obviously his control hasn't been quite there. They're thinking long term with Sanchez I would assume, because he has not shown signs of fatigue at all this season.

Edwin Diaz is ridiculous

Bolsy will be fine, mexi. He's got options plus 4 more years of control, I think. He's always had pretty good peripherals as well. Chavez was kind of a gas can for the Jays anyways so good luck with him lol.
