Apparently Bauer was actually ejected via the foreign substance rule, and not actually removed to injury. Under rule, he could face punishment for bleeding. Unlikely they do fine him, but still funny.

Not sure why either. They've been mostly phasing out chief wahoo in recent years, and rightfully so.

I'm not even mad at this Cleveland team, since Shapiro will build a team similar to this within the next few years. Although this time he won't have a 5 dollar payroll.

Shapiro is great, but one thing that always hurt this team was drafting, so hopefully he figures that out.

Yup, but he has hired guys like Cherington who's had a good draft history and Atkins who I think was the head of player development with Cleveland to help him out. Not really looking forward to another rebuild, but it's probably for the better anyways.
