The 90s featured teams with great bigmen, not with good wings. The two best defensive wings in the 90s were both in Chicago and that's huge. A matchup of Ewing versus Robinson is equal, since they were both elite players of the same position. But when you have elite backcourt members that can shut down their opposition without being shut down themselves, that's the gamechanger. Only other team in the same conversation of backcourt members was Detroit
 
Lebron actually faced teams that could play match against him. You're flat out lying to yourself if you think Jordan had tougher matchups. Dominique, Reggie Lewis, Drexler, Majerle, and Hornacek -- or -- Durant, Pierce, Kawhi, Draymond. 
 
90s had good teams for sure, but they couldn't stop Jordan so its a pointless argument
