I was pretty proud of thinking of that haha. I like that idea though. Kings might need more

kings are asking too much but have no leverage. they'll lose him for nothing.

Changes their tempo obviously

Its not a perfect trade
But i cant find any perfect trades for demarcus

Sacramento is going to lose him for nothing
you aren't going to find a perfect trade for cousins. kings have very little leverage, and it lessens as every day passes.

orlando didnt get a perfect trade for dwight howard (vucevic, elfrid payton, 2017 Lakers 1st [ If LA gets top 3 pick this year it turns to two 2nds], fillers).
new orleans didnt get a perfect trade for chris paul (eric gordon, aminu, kaman, austin rivers, lotto luck to get AD)

idk why you'd assume a dysfunctional franchise like sacramento's could actually get fair value. they are horrible evaluators of talent (1st round picks since Boogie: Jimmer, TRob, McLemore, Stauskas, WCS, Papagiannis, Labissierre)

kings need to start over from scratch -- trade boogie for future talent and draft picks, and build through the draft. trading for klay thompson does absolutely nothing other than getting to do this exact process again one year later when Klay says he'll opt out after the years end. they gotta trade for guys with 6+ years of team structure, via rookie RFA extensions

I agree that they should stockpile on as many picks as possible and go a little Hinkie. It just seems like with that management it's the last thing they wanna do. Even though it'd barely even make a difference in the standings.

It's a great pick if he stays healthy. Big if. But yeah I don't think he should be allowed to win it

Why not? It's not like he exactly had the time to develop while constantly hurt.

Because he's been under a professional contract, with professional coaching, for 3 years now. The same thing in the NFL and I'm pretty sure the player wouldn't be eligible
