Steph, harden, chris paul are definitely above him.
You could make a case for john wall and isaiah, but i give westbrook a very slight edge over wall for 4th. There's definitely a case for wall though

Kyrie gets it a decent amount.
 
Westbrook is an inconsistent defender.  Not necessarily a bad one.  He has the tools and the ability to be a good defender, but he's a huge gambler, and loses his man quite often because of it.
 
IT is a midget, so nobody expects him to be good.

cc's point is that there is little that distinguishes harden from russ (record, slightly more efficient). If Harden played great d then it's an easy case, but since they're equal defenders he's not heads above the rest
