Oh btw you were right and I was wrong. I thought he would be 1100 and 8 TD's due to better coverage on his side and more receptions for the other guys. Its a good thing hes gonna be a Giant forever!

Bailey played 10 years in Denver going to the Pro Bowl 5 times. Portis played 7 seasons with 1 pro bowl. Portis didnt dominate his era, as opposed to Bailey who is one of the greatest CBs of all-time. Broncos killed the Redskins on that deal.

Bailey wasn't going to re-sign with Washington after his contract expired.  They got what they could for him, and Portis was named one of the 80 greatest Redskins of all time.  He was nowhere near the shit show that the rest of those guys you listed were.

I'm not sure what happened in 2005. 455k was the base salary for that season from his rookie deal with Denver, but he signed an extension in 2004, so I don't get it. 
 
I do know that he restructured his contract in 08, so that explains the rest of it.
