Andre Drummond playing with 5 fouls for damn near 4 full overtimes was pretty impressive. That was an epic game lol

yea shows how well hes matured. hes gotten in foul trouble this season and shows his frustration and comes back in stronger and smarter.

I still think the whole "not enough energy" complaint with him is still valid at times, but he's definitely made great strides this season.

Very much so. If he was 100% engaged all of the game he would be so much better, and he's already damn good.
Can tell he's put a lot of work into that post game though. Crazy to think he's still so raw with it. Perhaps he does develop into a good post player. Not great, but good.
Defensively he's been better, still makes some really boneheaded plays on occasion though.

he and rj look good together and thats what matters. im more worried about kcp staying on the team long term because of his defense. hes way too streaky in offense and we need a player who can get us buckets, still.

Yea he's definitely got better in the post. Still puts up some boneheaded shots though in the post. But to all the games I've watched or been to he seems to get better in the post

I was telling my cousin yesterday that I think KCP will stabilize a bit more offensively once Meeks comes back. Dude is just playing way too many minutes right now, and I think he exerts too much energy on the defensive end and that hampers him a bit offensively. He's been very good lately though, so maybe he's starting to settle in. I was certainly expecting him to have a breakout season this year so I have been a little disappointed with him on the offensive end. Hopefully this trend in the right direction is what we can start expecting out of him more often. I think he's been putting the ball on the floor more lately and that has helped him settle into games earlier and allows him to heat up. Rather than just settling for the 3 and missing early and often.

No doubt, he doesn't establish good position downlow at times and he tends to rush the shots as well. But I feel like when I watch him post up I'm starting to expect him to make it more than I do for him to miss it, which isn't something I would've ever said prior to this point in his career. He's starting to look real comfortable down there.

I think it's possible that you're right, but he is only 22. I don't think he's ever gonna be a 20+ scorer or anything like that, but I think he will eventually become a bit more consistent offensively. Which I could live with as long as he plays the defense he is playing now.

Meeks provides another shooter off the bench, I think he'll be more crucial to our success than Jennings.

kcp doesnt need to be a go to guy, but if scores the ball at a better clip id be happy. we need a scorer on the wing. i like marcus but hes not our guy in the future. i think he could be a good option off the bench at the 3/4.

Gotta hope Stanley develops. I like Marcus a lot, I hope he sticks around for a while personally.

so do i. if stanley develops nicely over the rest of the year and summer and we get an upgrade at the four i think marcus could be a huge sixth man.
